Start your day by the sea, breathing deeply and moving your body to the rhythm of the waves. Thursdays at 9:00 am, we meet on the sand for a gentle, accessible and revitalizing yoga session. One hour to stretch, wake up calmly, and ease into the day with fresh energy. An invitation to begin your day with intention, sea air, and that ona feeling that stays with you all day long.

Language

Classes are taught in both English and Spanish, adapting the language to the needs of the participants so everyone can follow along comfortably and feel welcome throughout the session.

 

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely

• A yoga mat (if you have one) or a large towel to practice on.

• On sunny days, a hat or sunscreen is a good idea for extra protection

Please be on time

We’ll meet 5 minutes early to head down to the beach together.

If you arrive just on time, feel free to join in gently without disturbing the practice. Thanks for your understanding.

If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund (excluding the Eventbrite fee, which cannot be recovered). Cancellations after that time are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel the event (due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances), we’ll let you know as soon as possible. You’ll be able to reschedule or request a full refund (excluding the Eventbrite fee, which cannot be recovered)

 

For a €20 ticket, this fee is approximately €1.70 and will be retained by Eventbrite, even if the rest of the amount is refunded.
